Welcome to Bukdit. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking a service or registering as a service provider.
Bukdit provides a platform that connects users planning events with service providers offering event-related services.
By creating an account, booking a service, or registering as a service provider, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
To use Bukdit, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and when making or accepting bookings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Bukdit allows users to browse, book, and pay for services.
Availability of services is managed by each service provider. Bukdit is not responsible for the performance or quality of any service booked through the platform.
Service providers are solely responsible for ensuring that their availability and service details are accurate.
When a user books a service, they are making a direct booking with the service provider through the Bukdit platform.
Payments are processed securely through Bukdit. Funds are held until the event is completed, after which they are released to the service provider in accordance with our payout schedule.
By making a booking, users authorise Bukdit to collect and process payments on behalf of the service provider.
Cancellations are handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
This policy explains when users can cancel and request refunds, as well as the rights of service providers to cancel bookings.
Before completing a booking, users must read and agree to the full Cancellation Policy.
Service providers agree to deliver services as described in their listings and to be available for the date and time of any accepted booking.
Cancellations by service providers must follow the rules set out in the Cancellation Policy.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to deliver services may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
Users are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, and the number of attendees.
By making a booking, users agree to pay all associated fees and charges as outlined at checkout.
Users must also comply with the Cancellation Policy, including any applicable deadlines and cancellation terms.
Bukdit values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bukdit acts as a facilitator between users and service providers.
We are not a party to any contract between a user and a service provider and cannot guarantee that services will be performed to any particular standard.
While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable and available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Bukdit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if these terms are violated, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if we determine that a user or service provider's actions are harming other members of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service providers agree that all services offered and events organised through Bukdit must comply with applicable laws, community standards, and our platform policies. The sale, promotion, or provision of alcohol, illegal substances, or any other prohibited or harmful materials is not permitted on Bukdit.
Bukdit acts solely as a connection platform between users and independent service providers. We are not responsible for, and do not participate in, any part of the events, services, or activities arranged through the platform.
All interactions, bookings, and event activities are conducted at the discretion and risk of the parties involved.
By using Bukdit, both users and service providers acknowledge that Bukdit is not liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or incidents occurring before, during, or after any event.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
